Think operating a robotic CT system requires weeks of specialized training? Think again. With RadalyX, just two days of hands-on training can prepare users to perform X-ray imaging independently.
Advanced inspection technology doesn’t have to be complicated. At Radalytica, we have designed RadalyX to combine the precision and flexibility of robotic X-ray imaging with a user-friendly operating experience.
Thanks to intuitive software, visual guidance and automated workflows, operators can focus on what matters most – getting reliable inspection results.
From Setup to Scan in a Few Simple Steps
In our latest video, we demonstrate how an operator performs an X-ray inspection using RadalyX.
The process starts by positioning the system and defining the center of the object. Using the RadalyX Studio software, the operator can preview live X-ray images, adjust the scanning area and select the appropriate measurement parameters.
Once the scan is configured, it is added to the scanning queue and the system carries out the acquisition. The resulting X-ray projections are displayed directly in the software, allowing the operator to review the data.
The video also demonstrates how the system can be configured for different scanning methods, including 2D imaging, tomosynthesis and CT.
What might seem like a complex robotic procedure becomes a clear, structured workflow.
Two Days of Training. Ready to Scan.
One of the greatest advantages of RadalyX is how quickly new operators can become familiar with the system.
Radalytica provides a two-day hands-on training program, covering the essential steps of system operation, scan preparation, measurement setup and data acquisition.
After completing the training, users can perform standard measurements independently, without the need for extensive robotics or CT expertise. RadalyX provides high-quality X-ray data, which can then be evaluated by a qualified NDT specialist.
This makes RadalyX a practical solution for companies looking to integrate advanced non-destructive testing into their inspection processes.
