Radalytica and Berkhof Construction s.r.o. have combined their strengths and years of experience in industrial automation and X-ray imaging. The result of this cooperation is a new device for the automatic X-ray inspection of products directly on the production line.

AUTOMATIC X-RAY INSPECTION AND IMAGING DEVICE

X-rad is a device with an integrated source of ionizing radiation. The device is subject to the Atomic Act and related implementing regulations. It is classified as a small source approved by State Office for Nuclear Safety, which means it can be operated without a permit for the handling of ionizing radiation sources.

The new-generation X-ray detector is integrated into a stand-alone unit connected directly to the production line, enabling full automation of the inspection process. The device is designed to seamlessly integrate this advanced X-ray technology into industrial production environments.

Inside the unit is an imaging system equipped with a highly sensitive detector characterized by unique capabilities such as high resolution, an almost unlimited range of grey levels, and exceptional sensitivity.
